sleep is good!!!

I slept for 12 hours last night!!! Yea me!!!!! I have not slept that long in such a long time that it is hard to remember. But it was so good I got all that sleep. I was up and ready and having such a good day. You remember all the surprise visits the educational system gives us teachers? well i got one today and i am happpy to report it has been one of the best ones yet! It was actually a mistake. My observation is to be on the 25th but it was a mix up. Well the asst. principal walks in when the kids are getting their speechs ready for a presentation. Creative projects, the whole chibange! well she said, i'll stay for at least one presentation. I was dreading it because i didn't prepare the kids for that. but they did so well!!!! it was awsome. She went to them after the presentatiuon and said "if you don't get an A let me know" she told the whole class it looked professional. gotta go class here!

On another note, I got so many cute things from my students!!!! It was so sweet of them. I even got a new coffee mug! they know me too well. I got stuffed animals, candy, box of chocolates, cards, pen set, more candy, lotion, more and more candy, get the idea? It has been a good day. And I still have two more classes to give. I was cruel though, actually I didn't realize what day it was today, but I set a test for my 6th period today. Yea, not nice but to compensate the fact of the test I brought a vocabulary song game to play. And yes, those of you wondering, I did use a Hannah Montana song "Start All Over" by Miley Cyrus. I was observed yet again. I've had three observations in the past two weeks!!! Its a little bit nerve wracking but I guess you get used to it. I mean I was doing my work and the kids where on task so I should be ok. They usually don't let you know that they are coming so it takes you by surprise.

Well 5th period is on their way, bell just rang. Gotta go!!! Love you all!!!
